Week dedicated to hardware integration:
Built and tested prototype for bypass switch using Relays.
Created Bandpass filter design using a single-supply op-amp.
Followed documentation provided by Texas instruments regarding Op-Amp operation for a single supply
I used the op-amp u741 as a buffer in between two passive RC Filters.
Requires input signal to have a DC offset.
This uses the same RC Filter designed shown in a previous progress log.
Resistors R6 and R4 are to be replaced by potentiometers.
Previous Design:
New Design:
Trimmed the guitars wood to fit all the required components.
Made a hole in the front to fit the touchscreen along with a smaller hole to pass the dsi cable.
layed out space in the back for the power bank
Trimmed the back of the guitar to fit the RPI
Soldered relay switch connections to a prototype PCB board.
Hardware integration pending list:
Build and test Bandpass filter design.
Make necessary holes for potentiometers (Bandpass Filter)
Trim the Guitar for to fit power bank
Trim the guitar for power switch and battery charging port.
